I have been searching for The perfect teriyaki sauce for a long time. I really enjoy teriyaki but sometimes I just don't think it is worth going out to a restaurant for. I've heard countless times that breakfast eaters tend to be thinner than those who choose to skip it. I am a calorie counter when it comes to weight loss so The idea of eating another meal to loose weight didn't make sense to me.
