Return/Exchange Policy


WinterPetals wants you to be happy with your purchase so if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return/exchange it.

You must notify us of your return through e-mail within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped in. After notifying us of your return, you will have 7 days to ship the item back to us. We cannot accept any returns/exchanges if we are not contacted after 3 days of receiving the item.

If the item is shipped back to us safely and in the same condition it was shipped in, then a full refund minus the shipping will be returned.
