1. Can I customize my WinterPetals pillows?
Yes. Please contact us if you would like to change any colors, add monograms, or make any changes to the design prior to placing an order. Customizing a pillow may incur additional fees.

2. Can I return/exchange my WinterPetals pillows?
Yes. Please read our
Return/Exchange Policy for more details. No returns for personalized/custom pillows.

3. How long does it take for made to order items?
Please allow 7 business days for items to be made. Contact Us for time estimates for large orders.

4. When do you restock "Sold Out" items?
Items that are labeled "Sold Out" will not be restocked. The materials to make these items were purchased in limited quantity so once they are sold out they are gone forever.
